Hello everyone!

Hope you’ve had an amazing day so far 🙂 I had horrible nightmares all night about huge spiders crawling everywhere in our room and I woke up from genuinely feeling that they were crawling on me! I was slightly shaken…

After that lovely start to the morning I had a small pre-workout snack and then headed to the gym. I really don’t like eating loads in the morning before the gym so I make sure to eat a proper big breakfast afterwards instead!

As a little post three exam celebration Jamie and I are off to the cinema and then having some food at his work. He won a free meal there when he won a cocktail competition a little whole ago. So excited I love the food there, tasty Thai food! Then back to the books. It is nice to have a little break after two days of full on stress.
