One thing I have been slacking on lately is my cardio. I always do a ten minute warm up but that is it really. I prefer working on my strength to doing cardio but I’ve now decided this is something I want to improve. So if I have time to go to the gym five times a week my fifth gym visit will be a cardio session.
The sweat hasn’t flowed in ages as much as it did today. An amazing feeling! After 40 minutes of cardio I did some arms for 20 minutes and then headed home. What a start to the day! 🙂
Now I’m studying and enjoying a comforting cup of green tea whilst the rain is pouring down outside. Somehow, it feels rather cosy despite the fact I’m studying.
