Sipping on some hot ginger water trying to get rid of my very sore stomach. Unfortunately it’s a trait in my family to get a sore tummy… Ginger is incredible for your stomach and when I used to work at Juice Garden, I had pure ginger shots every shift. I swear it cures everything, a sore throat, a cold, a sore stomach. I love it so much and really miss it. One of the reasons I am considering getting a juicer.
Unfortunately not a lot of exercise today due to the horrible weather. I went for a walk to the shops to get some things for dinner and that was pretty much it. That will all be sorted tomorrow morning though, gym time! I’m so excited!
