It’s a working progress

 Good day friends!

Jamie’s alarm went off at 7.30 this morning and I of course woke up then and couldn’t get back to sleep… Once I had some fuel in my system I headed for the gym. Super exciting! Today I focused on my core and it’s very nice  to feel that I’m slowly getting back into my former shape 🙂 

Other than that I’ve just been studying. Jamie and I enjoyed a nice lunch, lots of lovely roasted veg and with freshly made hummus. Our food isn’t very varied at the moment. We just make whatever is the easiest :p We finished of by sharing a Swedish cinnemon bun.  Eating for the soul is good for you as well! Just as long as it is in moderation 🙂
