Lunch break


Another tasty lunch! Sautéed kale is absolutely delicious. We started off by throwing half a red onion in a pan, a crushed large clove of garlic and then the kale (loads of it) once the red onion was cooked. We used coconut oil to sautéed it in. Then we sprinkled it with some Himalayan pink salt and some freshly grounded pepper! I had some walnuts, pumpkin seeds and sinflower seeds on too for a bit do crunch!

We had this with leftover roasted veggies from yesterday, hummus (of course)  and some sliced avocado. So fresh and so delicious.
