Hi!

For the first time in ages I felt truly energised and fit for fight when I went to the gym this evening. I don’t know what has been up with me lately but my motivation has not been on top and even though I’ve gone to the gym I have struggled to push myself. Today I finally felt that spark and enthusiasm again. Perhaps it could be what is happening around me. At work I’m going to start blogging for our company’s blog now when we are re-branding and I am going to be focusing on social media marketing, which is another interest I have. It feels amazing that my managers believe in me and think that I could create something good enough to be visible on our business’s webpage. Another reason could be that Jamie and I booked tickets to Spain today. We will be leaving in about two weeks and I am sooo excited 😀 I need sunshine in my life. The summer in Scotland this year has been quite rubbish…

Anyway, what I have tried to do lately when I have not been feeling motivated is still force myself to go to the gym but not being as hard on myself if I don’t achieve or progress as I think I should. Just going is better then not doing any exercise at all. I also read all my favourite fitness blogs and get inspired on Instagram or any other social media channel. Please tell me your best tips when you feel like your motivation is going down hill! I would love to hear it.

Now to what I had for dinner! I felt like something a bit Asian inspired and decided to mix Tamari with a bit of honey, pour it on top some salmon and sprinkle with sesame seeds. It is sooo delicious and very easy. Tamari is usually gluten free and is a Japanese soy sauce. A nice and fresh meal and took me 20 minutes to cook. Who said healthy eating had to be time consuming?
