Mmm burgers


I love eating a varied diet. I have definitely found a new love for veggie and vegan food. It is delicious and also a lot cheaper than having to buy meat all the time. Red meat is something  I rarely eat but goodness, I love a good burger!

Jamie’s mum’s chili burger recipe is delicious and Jamie cooks them to perfection every time. I was so happy that we decided to make them the other day!

Like I said to Jamie, the only thing that could possibly make them any tastier would be if they were barbecued outside. One of the downsides of living in a flat unfortunately…

Update- My laptop decided to leave half of the post out.

My favourite toppings that I have to have on my burger are:

  • Cucumber
  • Tomato
  • Cheese
  • Avocado
  • Spinach
  • A bit of ketchup (if we have any at home, not too bothered about that)

This time I tried my burger with salsa on it as well. It was really good! So another little tip if you want to try something new. I had the leftovers yesterday for dinner without the the bun, just as tasty but when I do have a bun it will have to be a tasty wholegrain one. Please tell what your dream burger is!
