Post workout/ post shower look.



Can’t believe it’s Saturday already. Where has this week gone? We’ve already been back in Glasgow for an entire week. I got up nice and early to go to the gym. It was leg day, an exciting day. I wanted to do something different to the usual routine however.

For the first time in ages I rowed as a warm up for 10 minutes. With my shoulders being all weird and sore I have been trying to avoid putting too much strain on them but today I thought I could give it a go. We will see how they feel as the day goes on.

I continued with leg press at 110 kilos. It was heavy but I powered through! I decided to give one of favourite health bloggers, Ida Warg’s leg and butt workout a go as well. The YouTube clip can be found further down. It is in Swedish with English subtitles. She is an inspiration that woman and you can really feel the burn with this workout if you push yourself! Once that was completed I continued by doing some wall sits, Bulgarian split squats with weights and loads more leg and bum exercises.

Of course, I had a nice bowl of tasty porridge when I got home. Minus the coconut flakes these days, I’ve run out and have decided to finish off my flaked almonds I’ve got lying in the cupboards at home instead. Just as tasty I think^^ Slight almond overload perhaps with flaked almonds, almond butter and almond milk. I enjoyed it haha. I managed to take a pelfie (porridge selfie, I might’ve started a worldwide trend now 😉 ) as well of me enjoying this lovely bowl of goodness.

Jamie has just left for work and I am currently organising and tidying the flat as well as putting some washes on. I think it’s perhaps preferential to have clean clothes for work.

I am hoping to meet up with Fie later this afternoon for a walk but she is currently having laptop dilemmas that she is trying to sort out so we will see when she gets that sorted. Other wise I still have loads of things to do here at home plus I should start researching for my dissertation.
