Brunch @ Wilson Street Pantry

I had the most amazing brunch with Kajsa this morning at Wilson Street Pantry in Merchant City. We both ordered Eggs Royale as Kajsa has been raving about how heavenly they are for ages. I however chose to have it on sourdough bread ( because I love it!) and with the hollandaise sauce on the side (only like a little bit of it and usually they come drenched in it).

I really liked that you could add things to your plate for a little charge so we added avocado and tomatoes. Basically a brunch from heaven. Absolutely delicious! The poached eggs were cooked to perfection, probably the best ones I’ve had. I need to take Jamie here some time.

The place itself looks like a mix of Kember & Jones and Papercup into one, two of my favourite cafes. That is definitely a plus in my books!

After our amazing food we had a stroll around town. We popped by Holland & Barrett and to my delight they had got in some new exciting things. I am so excited to show you what I got tomorrow (need to take some photos first).

And also, I just wanted to say a big welcome to all you newbies on the blog! 😀 The past couple of days I’ve seen that loads of people from all over the world have found their way here. Thank you so much for taking your time to read what I am writing. It means so incredibly much to me and if there is anything you are wondering or that you would like me to write about please just write a comment 🙂
