Post-yoga glow haha

Hi!

Yesterday I went to my first yoga class since Spain. When I was at Lululemon they told me they have yoga classes in their showroom on Saturday mornings, for free. I thought it sounded too good to be true! It was like a well kept secret that I now had been exposed too and I barely wanted to share with anyone else 😛 But of course I had to write about it here and share with you, couldn’t resist!

I’ve been wanting to get back into yoga again for ages and I thought this was an amazing opportunity to get going. They have different yoga instructors every class and it’s a great way to find a type of yoga and instructor that you like as well. The instructor we had yesterday, Jane, was fantastic!

When I got to the showroom, all the clothes had been moved out into the changing rooms and the entire room was covered with yoga mats. It felt like a little yoga studio but you were surrounded by amazing clothes (heaven haha). The class was amazing and I felt great afterwards. Very relaxed but energised at the same time. I’m really looking forward to increasing my flexibility with the classes and also having an hour of proper relaxation during my stressful weeks.

After the class they served us porridge and tea. The tea was delicious we all thought and you all know what I think about porridge… I was sold! It’s such a lovely thing the Lululemon girls have decided to offer us who want to practice yoga. I loved drinking my tea and eating my porridge whilst having a browse of their beautiful clothes after the class as well. Found too many things that I want. It was also a lovely chance to talk to some of the others in the class. I’ll definitely be back 🙂
