Hello my dears!

Since my lecture was cancelled on Monday, I had my first day back at uni today. I got up at 7.20 am this morning to get to the gym before it started at eleven and it was so amazing to do some exercise in the morning. I did legs and my bum got so sore! It was great. I wish I could start off everyday with exercising but I just don’t have the time at the moment…

After that it got a bit stressful to get ready for uni and have breakfast! I would never compromise on my breakfast since I think it’s how you lay the basis for your all your food intake for the day. If I don’t have proper breakfast I don’t eat as well the rest of the day and tend to find it more difficult to stay away from temptations. So yes I had to sit down and have some porridge 😛 I just try and make the time and there is time to have a good breakfast.

The lecture I had today was Strategic Marketing and it seems really interesting. I truly think I really will enjoy this course. The lecturer was incredibly enthusiastic about her subject and made us all laugh. Exactly what you look for in a lecturer.

After the lecture Jamie and I went for a quick lunch before my meeting with the Marketing Society board. We went to a new place called Kimchi Cult for some Korean food. Jamie was determined that we had to got there today. Glasgow has really been lacking Korean restaurants. There was only one previously and it wasn’t great. Since I’m part Korean I do appreciate a tasty Bibimbap once in a while! It’s delicious and I love how colourful it is. The food there was incredibly tasty and for the price you really can’t complain. However, still not as great as Arirang in Stockholm but pretty close! It was a lot of food and I could not finish it, Jamie finished his in a couple of seconds haha.

Afterwards, Jamie and I had to get a green juice from Juice Garden. We are both feeling a bit sniffly and needed a little boost. Yes I had a ginger shot as well… I’m not getting ill again! I just got better. I then said goodbye to Jamie and headed off to my meeting and Jamie went to work. Th meeting went well and we are all so excited for our first event on Monday!

I’m going to stop blabbering now because I could go on forever 😛

Talk to you all later! xx
