A while ago I was requested by a friend of mine to share the health and fitness blogs I love reading and have been reading during my journey of learning to take better care of myself. I love reading blogs and this list below is just of the health blogs I follow then I have the style and fashion ones… Let’ just say I read a lot of blogs.
I don’t know why I enjoy reading about other people’s lives so much. I find the blogs I follow really inspiring, they give me new ideas and also help me to stay motivated because there are always new workouts or recipes to try out.
So let’s get this list started!
Madeleine Shaw, I have already introduced her a bit previously. She’s a blogger in London who’s such an inspiration. I mainly read her blog for her recipes but I love her actual blog as well. Her photos of her recipes makes me want to lick my screen sometimes because it looks so delicious. She takes a lot of traditional meals you would eat such as Sunday roasts and curries but gives them a healthy twist. Another thing I love about her is that she has such positive energy that really shines through in all her videos.

Deliciously Ella, showed me how amazing vegan food can be. I decided a while ago that I wanted to eat more vegan food because I was tired of eating meat all the time. I’ll talk more about that some other time 😛 Ella’s food is incredibly tasty, hearty and easy to make. On her blog she talks about her vegan lifestyle and shares lots of incredible recipes plus interviews incredibly interesting people.
Get on her blog and get reading is all I can say!
Ida Warg, a Swedish fitness blogger who’s blog I’ve been reading for ages. I love her positive approach to life and how she inspires girls to happy in their own skin. I think that’s incredibly important in today’s society. She writes about life, clothes, travelling and posts great workouts and occasional recipes as well. A while ago she started to blog in English as well!
Alexandra Bring writes a lot about travelling and her weightlifting. I love that she shows girls that even she enjoys a burger once in a while 😛 It’s a blog about her lifestyle and she gives a lot of life tips and insights. She blogs mainly in Swedish but does translate a lot of her posts as well.
Fashionablefit is a blog about amazing workout clothes mixed with everyday life, tips and inspiration. Hannah does collaborations with the online Scandinavian clothes brand Nelly and is soon releasing her third collection. I can’t wait to see her designs! I have a pair of leggings from her last collection that I adore! She’s Swedish but has English translations on all her posts.
Australian Emily Skye does have a blog but I mainly follow her on Instagram. She’s hysterical and I love how goofy she is. I follow her on Snapchat as well and she really makes laugh. I might not want to become quite as muscular as her but I love her inspiring posts and how she talks a bout self love. It’s so important. Follow her, you won’t regret it.
