New porridge favourite?

Hello!

How are all of you? I’m absolutely exhausted today… Went to a flat party last night and got to bed around four in the morning. For some reason, my body thought I was fully rested around nine thirty so even though I wasn’t drinking I still feel sort of hungover almost. Anyway, I’ve managed to stay awake all day and am aiming to go to bed early tonight. It’s crazy how your body can stil function with this little sleep. I’ve had other days with far more sleep where I’ve felt even more tired.

I tried to go to the gym for a while since I felt rather energised when I woke up. Probably silly considering how little I’ve slept. After a while I decided to just stretch. At least I tried!

Anyhow, I have to share my new favourite porridge topping I tried this morning. It was heaven! Banana with cinnamon sautéed in coconut oil with roasted walnuts and cashews, sprinkled with coconut shavings. It was delicious. I added the nuts in the frying pan just before the banana was ready. You need to try it. It was amazing!
