Slowly regaining my strength

Yes! After being away on holiday and getting ill I finally feel like I’ve started to regain my strength. It really does take a while to build it all back up again but patience is key and I’m feeling stronger than ever! Just had a great leg workout this evening, the kind where you push yourself until the sweat is dripping. So amazing.

I haven’t been as motivated lately as I usually am. I’ve still gone and exercised but haven’t quite push myself as much. Today that finally turned around and I’m feeling my inner drive and motivation slowly coming back to life. It feels great.

I was at the office all day today so a workout was definitely needed to tire out my body a bit after all the sitting down. Nothing too eventful happened at work but I got a lot of stuff done, which was good.

In other amazing news, my baby sister (who is now 14 but is still a baby in my eyes) is coming to visit us in a couple of weeks. The flights were booked today and I can’t wait to have her here. It’s going to be amazing. She’ll be here at the same time as Jamie’s mum and brother so I’m really looking to them all meeting!
