Hello everyone!

Can’t believe te second day of the week is already almost over. I was at work all day today. Afterwards I popped by Jamie at work and then headed straight to yoga. Yes I think I’m starting to become a bit addicted. This time I tried Dance Glasgow’s West End studio, with Philippa this time again. That woman is just amazing. I know I’ve said it before but I love her classes. The studio was a lot nicer than the City Centre one I thought and it’s hidden away in one of the small alleys off Byres Road making it slightly more special and secretive I think.

The class was fantastic and I feel like I’m already making progress after only taking up yoga over a month ago. I only go about once a week so I’m not expecting miracles but I do notice a difference, which is amazing.

Once yoga was done I headed over to say hi to all the models for this year Charity Fashion Show at uni. I’m not going to be in the fashion show this year unfortunately. The committee wanted new faces, which is fair enough. Am I disappointed? Slightly, but only because it was such an incredible experience and I would love to do it again 😛 Who wouldn’t? They did however offer me a Model Mentoring role this year with another guy who was in the show last year as well. We are the first two ever so I’m excited to still be a part of the event and to shape a new role on the team.

I was absolutely starving when I came home and did one of those, throw everything into the pan and hope for the best. Lots of veggies and I even added some pine kernels and cashew nuts to add a bit of crunch, yum. Of course I had hummus, unfortunately not homemade but desperate times calls for desperate measures!

Now back to studying before I need to get to bed. I’m working tomorrow as well and after that I’m not back in the office until Tuesday!

Good night lovelies xx

Madeleine Moves is a blog celebrating a love of exercise, food, travelling and life. I love being active, exercising and being out and about. With my blog I hope to spread this joy and inspire you to be your best. Who am I? I’m Madeleine (surprise). I’m a Swede who lives in the vibrant city of Glasgow in Scotland. I moved here for my university studies and in summer 2016 I graduated with a degree in Business and Management at University of Glasgow. My keyword has always been balance. I love eating healthy food but I also love to indulge once in a while. You need to enjoy life at the end of the day and limiting yourself is not the way to go. With this I would like to say welcome to Madeleine Moves. Love, Madeleine
