Hello!

Hi everyone,

Long time no speak and I’m so sorry about that! I’ve felt really bad about it all but I’m so busy lately. Anyway, I’m here and I’m not going to be complaining about how much stuff I have to do. Jamie and I have had a lovely three year anniversary weekend and have been eating amazing food and doing lots of fun activities (more about that in a different post).

Today I was back at work and it was very busy with lots of stuff to do, which when I enjoy it the most! I enjoyed the most amazing chia pudding snack today. After a long search for coconut milk in a carton that didn’t have lots of weird additives and sugar in it, my search ended at Whole Foods Market the other day.  I love Ecomil’s almond milk and was so happy to see they make coconut milk as well. Anyway, back to the chia pudding, adding  coconut milk instead of using almond milk was heavenly! It made the entire thing extra creamy and even more tasty. I don’t sweeten my chia pudding in any way and let the fruit I add do the job. Works like a charm 🙂
