Time for a mini comeback?

A photo from last summer, tanned and happy!

Hello my dear friends!

I’m so sorry for the complete silence form me on this end. I know blog has been incredibly neglected during the holiday period. I have however been active as usual on Instagram but I know it’s not quite the same thing.

Anyway, happy new year everyone! I hope your start to the year has been amazing. I was in Sweden for Christmas and was back for new year in Glasgow. For those who have been on my Instagram know that Jamie and I went to London for a couple of days last week and tried out lots of healthy eating hotspots. I was so excited and the food did not disappoint! I can’t wait to share it all with you here, lots of stuff to write about 🙂 So expect a lot of food photos in the next couple of posts! All I can say is London’s healthy food scene is absolutely incredible and I’m having slight post-London blues back here in Glasgow. I have always loved that city.

Other than that? I’ve started my final semester at uni! How crazy is that? This semester is going to be mental and I know that in the blink of an eye it will be over. I’m really excited but a bit sad at the same time that this time in my life is almost over. I feel ready for it though, to start living in the real world. I ‘m looking forward to working, I love working! Maybe I’m weird that way…

I just wanted to say hi and tell you that I’m back and will be posting as much as I can considering how busy I am. Once my dissertation is in, the blog will be getting even more love and attention.

Madeleine Moves is a blog celebrating a love of exercise, food, travelling and life. I love being active, exercising and being out and about. With my blog I hope to spread this joy and inspire you to be your best. Who am I? I’m Madeleine (surprise). I’m a Swede who lives in the vibrant city of Glasgow in Scotland. I moved here for my university studies and in summer 2016 I graduated with a degree in Business and Management at University of Glasgow. My keyword has always been balance. I love eating healthy food but I also love to indulge once in a while. You need to enjoy life at the end of the day and limiting yourself is not the way to go. With this I would like to say welcome to Madeleine Moves. Love, Madeleine
