During my time visiting friends and family I managed to visit Kaffeverket two times. It’s one of those places that I’ve seen on Instagram several times and I’ve been wanting to visit it for ages. The first time I was there just for coffee/tea with my cousin Calle. It was so nice there that I convince some of my friends, my sisters and my cousin to go back with me for breakfast on my last day. I had eyed up their breakfast menu on the previous visit and thought it looked really delicious!

I love a place that offers exciting options for us non-coffee drinkers. At Kaffeverket they serve matcha latte and you can choose the milk you want it with. I’m a major Oatly fan so of course had to have it with that. It was so amazing! The time we were there for breakfast I had to try their porridge with apple compote. I’m a self-confessed porridge addict after all! The porridge was amazing. Apple and cinnamon can never go wrong in my eyes. There were plenty of other healthy breakfast options such as avocado on toast, chia pudding, overnight oats, organic eggs and juices. Their lunch menu was full off delicious looking salads and sandwiches and there were plenty of cakes to choose from for those with a sweet tooth.

Kaffeverket has got a lot of seating in doors and some outdoors. Unfortunately you sit in the shade but it was so warm in the air we didn’t mind sitting in the shade. Kaffeverket is a great place to sit and watch the world go by, read a book, have a catch-up with friends or do some work whilst sipping on one of their delicious drinks. I love the relaxed vibe in there and it doesn’t hurt that the tables were marble (I loove marble!). I definitely need to go back next time I’m in Stockholm!
