(Sorry about the rubbish phone images, my camera decided to die)

Hi lovelies!

How are you? I had a very nice day yesterday. It started off with an early morning gym session. Morning workouts are amazing and to me it’s the best way to start the day. Today I was working with my two lovely girls Carolina and Kate and it was a lot of fun. We had a very productive day getting lot’s of things done. I also had a meeting with Louise who is from the lululemon team down in London. It was so lovely to meet and speak to her. She was so nice and it was really inspiring to listen to what she had to say. I love meetings where you leave feeling inspired and ready to take on the world and that’s definitely how I felt when I said goodbye to her after our chat.

After work Carolina, Kate and I went to Paesano in Merchant City for some pizza. Kate had never been before and Carolina is obsessed with their pizzas. I’ve been once before but think I chose the wrong pizza  because I didn’t really like it. This time around I chose different toppings and it was so much better (olives and mushrooms are a winner)! Paesano’s got a great vibe and last night it was really busy so it could be a good idea to get there earlier than you’ve planned just to get your name down on their waiting list.

I’m never going to be a major pizza fan but it was good! We all stuffed our faces and did not leave a single crumb on our plates. It was so much fun hanging with the girls outside of work and hopefully the entire team will do something soon when everyone is back from their holidays.

Madeleine Moves is a blog celebrating a love of exercise, food, travelling and life. I love being active, exercising and being out and about. With my blog I hope to spread this joy and inspire you to be your best. Who am I? I’m Madeleine (surprise). I’m a Swede who lives in the vibrant city of Glasgow in Scotland. I moved here for my university studies and in summer 2016 I graduated with a degree in Business and Management at University of Glasgow. My keyword has always been balance. I love eating healthy food but I also love to indulge once in a while. You need to enjoy life at the end of the day and limiting yourself is not the way to go. With this I would like to say welcome to Madeleine Moves. Love, Madeleine
