Morning gym session

Good morning my dears!

Hope you’ve had a great start to the day. I got up nice and early to go to the gym. It was leg day on the schedule and I love leg day! Stella has told me to work a bit extra on my glute strength as well to help with my snatch training. So that’s what I did, I think my bum and legs will be sore tomorrow! I swung by Roots and Fruits on the way home to stock up on some cupboard essentials and then went home to have my breakfast.

I don’t start until 12.30 today because we have an event tonight at the Zen Den. It’s such good fun when we have events on and it mixes it up at work too. Anyway, I need to head in now but I though I would just say hi.
