The first week of the year

A very energetic Marla (excuse our washing in the background!)

Hi lovelies!

It’s been slightly quiet here lately and I’m so sorry about that. I’ve been keeping busy with lots of training and spending time with friends, Jamie and today Marla was back with me. We haven’t seen each other for two weeks and this morning when she saw me she barked and started pulling on the lead. It made so happy that she was so happy to see me. I’ve really missed her and she’s gotten so big. There wasn’t a lot of walking involved today since she’s just been spayed the other day so she was meant to rest but she’s one energetic pup and was just not having any of it and just wanted to play all day. Who can blame her though? She’s used to lots of long walks.

Other than that Jamie and I started watching Making a Murderer today after getting Netflix once again (there is so much good stuff on there now in comparison to when we had it a couple of years ago). The show is addictive and so interesting. I have no idea what to think. I know the hype about this show was a while ago but if you are like me and haven’t seen it yet, see it! I’ve also been productive and applied for some jobs, please keep your fingers crossed for me.

Yesterday was the first day of classes at Gym G5 and Stella made us work hard! It was a high intensity workout for 20 minutes and I felt seriously nauseous at one point. It felt great to be back to normal routine when it comes to training and can’t wait for another class tomorrow. Absolutely love them.

This evening I’m having dinner in a bit and then getting ready to meet Emma and Kamila. Kamila’s just back after her trip around Asia and Emma’s been away for Christmas and New Years so I can’t wait to hear how they’ve been and what they’ve been up to.

Have a lovely evening my dears xx

Madeleine Moves is a blog celebrating a love of exercise, food, travelling and life. I love being active, exercising and being out and about. With my blog I hope to spread this joy and inspire you to be your best. Who am I? I’m Madeleine (surprise). I’m a Swede who lives in the vibrant city of Glasgow in Scotland. I moved here for my university studies and in summer 2016 I graduated with a degree in Business and Management at University of Glasgow. My keyword has always been balance. I love eating healthy food but I also love to indulge once in a while. You need to enjoy life at the end of the day and limiting yourself is not the way to go. With this I would like to say welcome to Madeleine Moves. Love, Madeleine
