Hi my dears!
I’m just got back from the gym a little while ago. I did legs and decided to do some curtsy lunges and Bulgarian lunges to mix it up. Of course I had to finish off with some deadlifts (one of my favourite exercises). I used to hate them as I could not activate the right muscle group when I was doing them before. It felt like an impossible mission but after the Fit Girls Lift course with Stella at the beginning of last year I finally started to get the hang of it. Now I love them.
I was absolutely starving when I got back so I’ve just devoured my post-workout porridge. Yum! I’m feeling better today and am looking forward to a new week with new opportunities.
Jamie’s mum Lea arrived in Glasgow yesterday so I’m really looking forward to Jamie and I seeing her later today. We’re finally giving her her Christmas present. I know, I can’t believe it’s already February and she hasn’t gotten it yet. We thought she was coming to Glasgow in January but due to a couple reasons she couldn’t make it here until now. It’s going to be so great to catch up with her and Jamie’s brother Luke who we haven’t seen since he got back from Spain after Christmas.
Hopefully I’ll be able to meet up with my friend Kate today for a cup of tea during the day, we shall see!
