Hi lovelies! Hope you’ve had a great Friday and a wonderful start to this Saturday. How many of you were out celebrating St Patric’s Day last night? I instead went to G5 for a workout and went to bed quite early. I was sooo tired for some reason. I’ve had a bit of a sore knee so I wasn’t how my knee would react to me working out but after resting it for a couple of days I couldn’t notice it at all during the session.
The other day Jamie and I went to Cirque du Soleil, it was one of the Christmas presents I got from Jamie and I was so excited to see them perform again. I’ve been to other shows and they are always breathtaking. I always sit holding my breath saying “no, no, no”, the things they do is just out of this world and I’m worried they will fall (not that they ever do, it looks so risky though!). I would love to have such control over my body, flexibility and strength as the artists have in these shows. Something to aim for 😉 Jamie had never been before and he absolutely loved it too. He had got us some incredible seats so we had the best view of the entire performance.
Before the performance we went past Jamie’s work for a quick bite to eat of their new menu. It was such a nice evening out together.
I’ve just had breakfast and am getting ready soon to leave for yoga in the lululemon showroom. I feel like my body needs some yoga. I didn’t go last week so I need to get back on it.
If you aren’t following me on Instagram you might’ve missed my exciting competition where two people can win a pair of tickets to the Om Yoga Show next weekend at the SECC. It’s one of the biggest yoga events of its kind in the world with lots of free classes, more in depth workshops (for a charge) and hundreds of exhibitors to browse about.
