Hi my dears! I was meant to go to Stella’s this morning but forgot to book into the class so I just decided to go to the evening class instead. Means I get to see Jamie a bit more before he goes to work later on today and I can get some work done.
A while ago I bought Plenish Organic Cashew Milk. I’ve now tried it and thought I would share what I thought. I’m a self confessed cashew addict. It’s my favourite nut so when I saw that a thing as cashew milk existed in the world I knew I had to give it a try when I saw at the Whole Foods stall.
I thought the milk would be quite sweet in comparison to almond milk and a bit more creamier. It was just fun to mix it up since I usually use almond milk, oat milk and coconut drink. I was mainly going to use it for smoothies but before I did I tried it as it was. It wasn’t as sweet as I thought it would be, it wasn’t really sweet at all. A little bit creamier and a more subtle flavour than almond milk I would say.
I would buy it again however, Plenish is quite difficult to get a hold of here so I’m not going to go out of my way to get it but if we cross paths again I would consider buying it. In a smoothie it wouldn’t make much of a difference from almond milk or any other milk since other flavours overpower the subtleness of the milk. It would make more a difference if you want it with your tea or coffee, in porridge or chia pudding.
