Tea heaven

Hello lovelies! Wow, what are wonderful day it’s been. I went to yoga this morning at lululemon with Kajsa. My amazing friend Kat was teaching so of course I had to be there. I love her classes. It was a very strong class today, which I wasn’t quite prepared for. My core and legs were on fire at one point!

After class Kajsa and I headed over to the opening of the Australian brand, T2 Tea on Buchanan Street. I saw they were opening a while ago and the tea enthusiasts, which we are decided to check it out. The store is stunning, it’s tea heaven. The packaging of their teas is so nice and I feel in love with all their tea pots and cups.

The staff brewed us loads of different types of teas to try and my absolute favourite, which I ended up getting was Jade Mountain. It’s amazing. The only thing is that it does have a bit of sugar in it, I’m not a fan of added sugar as I’d rather add my own sweetness if I feel like it’s needed, but this tea I just couldn’t resist so it’ll be my little treat tea (it’s pricey so I won’t drink it everyday anyway haha). We also got a tea strainer each since we were two of the first customers. The girl at the till explained the wholes in the strainer are extra small so you don’t get any bits through, great idea! A very nice surprise to get.

The rest of the afternoon I spent with Jamie before he headed to work. We got a tea and coffee and headed to the park. By pure chance, out of all places to sit in Kelvingrove Park we happened to sit down only a couple of metres away from Kajsa, so random! When Jamie headed to work Kajsa and I stayed in the sun for a bit longer before I was so hungry for a snack I had to head home. I really should’ve brought something to eat. Didn’t think of that.

Hopefully the sun will be out tomorrow when Jamie is off entirely, it was meant to but it’s looking a bit more grey. Fingers crossed!

Now I’m going to enjoy a cup of my new tea and watch some Vampire Diaries before bed. Tomorrow morning I’m meeting up with Lindsey to practice some cleans for the second FVTD WOD. Wish us luck!

Sleep well my lovelies and speak to you tomorrow xxx
