Dogsitting for the day

Singl-end brunch

Visited Jamie at work with Kilo.

How cute is he?!

Hi babes! Hope you’ve had a lovely Saturday so far. I was exhausted last night after this busy week and fell asleep already at ten and woke up at eight this morning. I can’t remember the last time I slept that long and when I woke up I had one of those moments where I barely knew what day it was, where I was or what time it was 😛 I felt so refreshed once I had been awake for a bit but at first it felt like I’d awaken from a year long sleep. I really need to get to bed earlier during the week so I get more sleep in. It’s so important.

I then had a pre-gym snack and headed over to the gym. It’s so nice and quiet now when all the students are away for the summer. I love it! I can’t stand when it’s busy with people everywhere.

After the gym I went home and waited for Kilo to arrive. Stella is away for the weekend and asked if I wanted to help out for a couple of hours and of course I did! Kilo is so lovely and I love having dogs in my life so I was really happy she asked.

For lunch Kilo and I met up with Kamila and Emma at good old Singl-end (Emma wasn’t feeling very well so refused to be in any pictures). It was very nice with some girl time over some delicious food. Kilo behaved amazingly and was getting so much attention. I don’t blame people, he’s so freaking cute!!

When we had finished our meals I said goodbye to Emma and Kamila and walked with Kilo over to Jamie’s work. I had promised Jamie we would come in and say hi. Kilo wasn’t a major fan of The Finnieston for some reason, he was a bit scared but I think it’s just meeting lots of new people and being away from Stella. He’s used to having her around all the time.

I then took Kilo to Kelvingrove Park where he found a friend to play with and was immediately a lot happier. The sun came out so we sat on the grass for a bit before heading home. It was such a lovely afternoon! It’s amazing how great dogs are for your fitness as well as being amazing animals and company, they make you be outside and walk several times a day, no matter the weather. I feel quite tired now after an entire afternoon walking about in the sun!

I’m now going to hoover and mop at home. It’s needed, we’ve been slacking on that part for a while. The joys of being an adult :p

Have lovely evening everyone ❤
