On my way to my massage

Went to Rowan Therapies based in Acusports and got massaged by the lovely Freya

Headed down to the CycleBox house to look at their class “The Wolf”

Haha walked around with a mark on my forehead for the rest of the day from the massage. No idea how I managed to get a mark that stayed for that long.

A quick lunch stop at Voomfit HQ before heading out again.

Walked past the floating restaurant in George Square. I can’t get over how weird that is, why?

Filmed with Kat, Dan and Nicola

Hi lovelies! I was out of the office for most of the day, which was really nice. My first stop for the day was at Rowan Therapies for a little chat for a blog post for voomfit but also I needed some help with my back so Freya also gave me an hour massage whilst I was there. My back has been in a bit of pain since Tuesday and it’s been horrible. I’ve avoided training to let my back rest but I miss it loads. I’m too impatient and feel like I’m about to start climbing the walls but listening to my body and my sore back. No point in going back too soon and making it worse.

I always manage to get funny marks on my face when I got my massage and had it pretty much for the rest the of the day haha. It looked like a dent! So funny.

Straight after the massage it was time to head up to the CycleBox studio in the West End to take some pictures and check out their “The Wolf” class for another voomfit blog post. It looked like an amazing class and I was so tempted to join in. The girls were amazing!

Then it was time to head into the office for a quick lunch before heading out with Nicola to film Kat and Dan for the afternoon for a video that’s going live next week. It was so much fun seeing my friends and spending time with them whilst working. Feel so lucky to be able to do that! We had a great time and I hope the video turns out okay!

I’ve just had my breakfast and now it’s time for another day of work before the weekend. After some sleep my back is still feeling a bit sore but I’m thinking it must be for the massage so hopefully it’s on the mend now. I really hope I’ll feel better soon because next week I’ve got something very exciting and very scary coming up and I really need to be in tip top shape for it.

Have a lovely day my dears, it’s almost the weekend!!
