In need of sleep

Hi my dears! I’ve been feeling a bit low on the blog inspiration yesterday and today. I don’t really know what to write. Think I really need a good night’s sleep to feel more like myself again. I haven’t been getting enough the past couple of days and that needs to change. So tonight I’m getting to bed early!

I’m sorry this blog post is not that interesting. I thought I would share a picture from Emma’s and my picnic in Kelvingrove Park the other day in the evening sun. The amazing lady she is sorted out all the food because I didn’t have time. It was all delicious, fresh, healthy and so simple. A true winner!

We finished off our meal with lots of delicious fruit. Since my stomach is quite sensitive I got so bloated eating fruit after my meal. I’ve heard that’s quite common as you digest food at different pace. Your body digests fruit quickly, which is why it’s not great to have it with other food or after a meal. Since I’ve became aware of this I’ve noticed this is the case for me. I try to avoid it at as much as I can but I do enjoy fruit in salad and having it as a sweet treat after my meal. You’ve got to live a little 😛

Now I’m going to get into my pyjamas and relax for the rest of the evening before going to bed. I can’t wait to just chill.
