12 hour motivational event

Happy Saturday lovelies! Hope you guys have got some nice plans for the day. I was undecided whether I wanted to train today or go to yoga this morning. The amazing Julie Hanson from Seasonal Yoga Academy is teaching the lululemon yoga and her classes are always incredible (her classes are some of my favourite ones ever) but I’ve been feeling a bit like I want to get a sweat on. In the end I’ve now decided to go to yoga. I think my body needs it after this week. I’d love to do both but on Saturdays it’s not possible. Either option I’ll be just as happy doing and I think to be honest my left calf needs a rest. It’s been acting up a bit again and what I really need is to go for another massage at Jan’s. We’ll see if I can get that booked in before I leave.

I wanted to share some pictures from when I was chatting with Ross during his 12 hour Facebook live motivational event where he aimed to raise money for his crowdfunding campaign. I was quite nervous talking on camera! Ross did a great job though and made me feel comfortable and I know the more I do stuff like this the easier I will start to find it. I watched back on our chat and noticed a lot of weird things I was doing haha. It’s odd seeing yourself from an outside perspective. I treated it as a learning experience and no matter what, it was a win for me to speak in front of a camera to begin with. Hopefully I said some useful things and I had a great time. Once I started talking about some of the questions Ross asked me I felt like I could’ve gone on forever. I tired not to though.

If you’re interested to see what we got up to during our chat check out the video over on Facebook here and go to 18:13 minutes.

Find out more about Ross’s campaign and what he’s up to over on his Facebook page, here.

He works so hard Ross and I really hope he reaches his target by the end of the campaign! It’s time for me to jump into some leggings and get going. I have a feeling this is going to be a busy day.

Speak soon my lovelies,

M xxx

With my blog I hope to spread this joy and inspire you to be your best. Who am I? I’m Madeleine (surprise). I’m a Swede who lives in the vibrant city of Glasgow in Scotland. I moved here for my university studies and in summer 2016 I graduated with a degree in Business and Management at University of Glasgow. My keyword has always been balance. I love eating healthy food but I also love to indulge once in a while. You need to enjoy life at the end of the day and limiting yourself is not the way to go. With this I would like to say welcome to Madeleine Moves. Love, Madeleine
