Fun packed day

Hi lovelies! Some pictures from earlier this week of the class when I ripped both my hands… We were doing snatch and toes to bar practice and I did not even notice until I started bleeding that the skin had come off. Not very nice and for the next couple of days it was very sore. I’m so happy they’ve finally started to heal because that was agony. I’m leaving for Sweden on Wednesday and really need my hands to be okay so I can my final seeding work. Fingers crossed they’ll be all good to go.

I’ve just had my breakfast and soon need to get ready to go to Team Cavanagh for the morning with some ladies from G5 for more weightlifting coaching. Today we are a bigger group which will be really fun. Faye’s one of the ladies that will be joining us. I’ll admit, the stuff we went through the last time is already gone a bit blurry in my head. It’s tough when you don’t do proper weightlifting classes with a coach like Ray regularly to remember everything he tells you. It’s a lot of information he gives you in his session! Loads of small adjustments and advice on what to think about and as much as you want remember every single detail you can’t. So this lesson will be a great refresher!

Straight after weightlifting I’m coming back here quickly, showering, having a quick lunch, curling my hair, getting changed and then heading to Bobbi Brown with Faye and her mum Carole to have our make up done. This afternoon I’m going with their family to City Halls where the Scottish symphony orchestra is doing a concert called Christmas at the Movies. They said it’s magical and I was so happy I could join them. Jamie was meant to come along too but had to work unfortunately. Such a busy man this time of year.

As soon the concert finishes it’s time for our Gym G5 night out at good old Singl-end. We were there last year and it was amazing. I ca’t wait to see everyone dressed up! I ordered a dress for the occasion but unfortunately I’ve been out both times they’ve tried to deliver it and now I can’t pick it up until Monday. Super handy when I need it today! Nothing I can do now so I think I’ll wear my navy jumpsuit. I did get some sparkly shoes to go with it at least so I might wear them to make it a bit more festive!

Have a lovely day and speak soon,

M xxx
