This week has been very hectic! I haven’t had a chance to properly sit down and write about the competition yet but don’t worry it’s coming my friends.
Something I am glad I’ve done is meal prep. It has saved me! Lunch and dinner has been been prepped and ready in the fridge for when I’ve come home starving and it’s saved me from a lot of stress knowing I’ve already got food prepared. I don’t have to worry about food shopping or having to cook. The only thing is heating it up and maybe chopping up some veg.
I come across so many incredible recipes on Instagram and other social media platforms. I love pinning them to my Pinterest board so I have them all in one place for when I’m in need of some inspiration. I’m a Pinterest addict. It’s funny to look back on my recipe board and see how my preferences have changed! I think it’s due a tidy. Some recipes I know I’ll probably not ever make (meat) so at some point it’ll get a tidy!
